On arrival rather than being treated I was asked immediately for a further £200 deposit for damages. Lady at reception continued to tell what I was not allowed to do and why and also why she has kept £200 from previous guests. No mention of a welcome and what the place had to offer or how she could help....poor. From day one construction was going on next to my pod 9-6pm from Monday to Friday. I could not use hot tub or porch because of the noise, it was ridiculous. Said you can fish....well you could if there were easy access to the river! Swing park for kids was run down and over grown. I'l also left a day early but was considering leaving 3rd day in. Absolute awful park management and location in comparison to other sites around Scotland; this is the worst I've been too.

Overall I enjoyed my time there, the hot tub was amazing and feeding the chickens was the highlight with kids and me, they were really cute. Had a couple of issues, one of the single beds was very wobbly the legs needing fixing and i think the bed needing a little updating, Wifi was rubbish in the lodge we were in couldn't watch even the tv because the apps was needing updated and we couldn't because not our account, that caused the problems. The Internet is usually good though works perfect with phones. The seating area outdoors was really good managed to have a comfy seat with the hole family practically even with two dogs on was relaxing. The staff were friendly even got a welcome with their dogs and can't miss out chickens of course. I will be back it's became one of my favourite place to go, just to lounge around and relax. Think my dog loved it to being with the hole family and getting pampered.
