Use our "Grouped Property" feature when searching for cottages to see adjoining or neighbouring properties that can be booked separately if you're in a small group or together if you're in a large group. We have thousands of luxury cottages, beautifil barns, lakeside lodges and opulent manor houses in our portfolio with this feature. This is a great option for big groups of friends or if two or more families are travelling together, but still want to have their own space.

Number of guests & bedrooms...

When searching for properties on our website, you can filter your results by the number of adults, children, infants and pets you're bringing, allowing you to only see large holiday homes suitable for your specific group. You can also specify a minimum number of bedrooms during your search, which is particularly handy if there are adults or children in your group who want to have their own bedroom.

Large groups at lodges & holiday parks...

Our holiday parks are ideal for big family holidays and celebrations with friends, allowing large groups to come together and enjoy onsite facilities like swimming pools, restaurants, spas, and other activities and entertainment. We have plenty of lodges, chalets and caravans that can sleep large groups of 6+ guests so you can all stay under one roof. Alternatively, if you're travelling as multiple groups and would prefer to book separate accommodation at one of our holiday parks, you'll still be able to enjoy all of the same onsite facilities together. Whilst we cannot guarantee your accommodation will be next to each other, you can put in a special request with our customer services team and we will do our best to try and arrange this for you.
