We stayed in a rockstar lodge with hot tub. 2 adults 5kids 1 small dog. The lodge was beautiful and well decorated and kids loved hot tub. Had issues with boiler twice and only stayed 3 days. But we're left several hours without hot water or heating on the Friday then again the Saturday evening it decided ti stop working again. It's very far from complex, access to complex is via 1 door and can be chaos. You have to go through this door to get to park and football court too. Lots of places to eat but only a very small area to eat with dogs and as they don't allow you to leave you dog in the lodges or caravans you have to have them with you 24/7 it's hard to get a table with a dog. We didn't do any activities as these were extremely expensive like double the cost of haven/parkdean. Arcade was rammed I wouldn't want to go in summer months as I could imagine it would be so much more busier and you could hardly move now and barely any of it was open. Would I visit again No, we had a nice time but not because of the complex because we made it a nice time.

Initially placed in a dirty caravan with floor, seating and pillow had dtsins and no blind for privacy over the sink along with the hot tub not working on the first day. The following day we spoke with Receptionist and moved and the staff were brilliant and apologetic and from there onwards we had a fabulous experience.My advice would be is to check the accommodation before people stay and check hot tubs are working as it could have been easily avoided and stress free but staff were excellent once we discussed this

Lovely little mini break everyone very friendly, shout out to Mary in the chip shop who was always so lovely with my over hyperactive little boy! Different fun activities available to book the passes are a definite need if you have kids
