Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Lovely park, plenty of activities to do for all ages.Shop on site, it has all that you need. Staff very kind and helpful 🙂 thoroughly enjoyed my little break away, would definitely recommend 👌

We were promised an owners lodge with its on wifi. We got an unclean lodge, no internet or broken internet. There were cobwebs on the windows, a musky smell from the fridge. The route to the fishing spot was over grown with pipes laying across the floor. The whole park has too many people and cars for the resources. There is a main car park and as the lodges are so far away everyone drives to park their cars. This means cars parked on grass verges, saw a bit of road rage and one guy complaining he found a dent when we returned to his car. The response was he parked on a grass verge and not a proper parking space so there was nothing that could be done. Aprox 40 car spaces for 120 cars. The staff were friendly but clueless. The guys and girls doing the sports like axe throwing were brilliant.........The food was average and over priced...The fish and chips took over 40 mins while waiting to get each order out......1 person cooking and 4 staff bagging up the food. There was dog poo everywhere, not many people picking up after their dogs,......The fishing was good......

On the whole a great stay. Beautiful location . Don't bother with main resteraunt. Took 1hr and 20 minutes for food to reach table. Appaling . Price for drinks extortionate. Plus side. Caravan was great and clean . Facilities for kids brilliant , plenty of activities from swimming in door and outdoor . Overall enjoyed stay but really needs to be cheaper in bars and food service and quality need sorting out .
