Great location generally good. Warm lodges and very quiet. We didn’t enjoy the living area of the lodge. Sofa was really uncomfortable and ugly combined with plastic lino floors didn’t make it evenings very comfortable for 4 adults.

Perfect location - right by a walking path - and facilities only let down by the quality of the cabin (19) we were in. However, staff are brilliant. On arrival the boiler was down but was quickly fixed and staff even followed up with a call to make sure we were happy. It’s very dog friendly - even has a dog field- so we’d definitely return if visiting the Peak District. Negatives: shower screen not adequate in bathroom and leaked he heavily so we stopped using that shower after the first day. Boiler CONSTANTLY dropped pressure and stopped working, at least once a day.Only 1 of the 2 keys we were given worked. Not ideal finding this out when you’re leaving for the day and can’t lock up!
