The van was clean and tidy but a little dated, could do with a bit of a make over but for the money paid it was excellent value for money and we would have not problems returning for another break at some time. the van was well equipped, beds very comfy, bedding very clean and beds where made up on arrival. We woke up to hear the birds singing which is always a plus,

We stayed in a spacious, clean, dog friendly caravan with an excellent hot tub. There is keyless entry, the door is opened by using an ap on your phone which was no problem. The site is lovely, well spaced caravans with parking alongside. Plenty of little woodland and grassy areas for walking the dog, and there are lots of rabbits living in the banks. There is an open air swimming pool and laundrette but no shop or bar/resturant.The site is very quiet if you want a restful break just relaxing listening to the birdsong. It's ok for hiking and exploring Dartmoor but a car is a must as it is a bit remote. We spent a day at Fingles Bridge where there are riversidewalks through bluebell meadows and woods. Ideal for picnics or lunch in the inn. We were lucky enough to have fine weather and enjoyed the moorland walks with our dog.
