Wasn't happy with the caravan we was give. Was dirty cobwebs furniture was grubby. Had to was all the cutlery plates etc before using. Spent one night there then was moved to a different caravan which was abit better

we were after a few days away from the madness we call family :o)arrived, the staff were helpful, and friendly, got to the lodge and settled in, had issue with WiFi, - that is run by a 3rd party, had to call them for instructions, we neve managed to get WiFi as they said the password was written on the AP - it wasn't :o(then the TV didn't work, got new batteries from reception, still no service, this is when the staff really turned up the help factor, they guy who arrived was not able to assist, even tried swapping to a known good TV, but the next morning, meaning we went a night without TV ............... the maintenance manager arrived, explained the issues the site has, and what they were doing to mitigate that, and then he fitted an aerial to the lodge, and TV was finally ON :o)the site was visited in late October, and some facilities were not open, but we could see the pool was still available, there are several shops local, we found one, and again, even there, the staff were helpful, and the store was clean.The BED was beautiful, lovely and comfortable, the size of the lodge was a bit small, but well laid out, we had a great time just sitting around, and relaxing, before we had to get back to the daily grind.Will we return, highly likely :o)but maybe next time in the warmer part of the year, as there is a lot to explore, and some of the views from the site were amazing
