Really lovely site. Our accommodation was perfect. Really clean and had everything we needed. Peaceful site with a very picturesque lake in the middle which we had lovely views of from out decked area. Cafe and pizzeria on site but we didn't use them. Very helpful, friendly staff.Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a clean cabin, equipped to a good standard on a well maintained site. It was fairly quiet, apart from noticing the odd train passing next to the site 2-3 times per day.A couple of things that I wasn't so keen on: the TV signal seemed to be temperamental so I was glad we had brought our own Amazon fire stick with us. Wi fi costs £6 per day, which I thought was a bit much to charge for it on top of what we had already paid for the cabin - it should be included as standard.Pizzas from the pizzeria cost around £15 each. That's an expensive tea. Stopping the pizza topping from divorcing the pizza base was quite a challenge. There's a list of things that we would have been charged extra for if we didn't adhere to certain rules, including taking our rubbish to the communal bin (again, it should be included in the cost).Up to 3 weeks to return the damages deposit. Really?Had an OK time, and an opportunity to chill out, but the extra £ things irritated me a bit.
