Overlooking the famous coastal beauty spot of Widemouth Bay, this David Bellamy Gold award park stands in the heart of the magnificent Cornish countryside. Boasting over 50 acres of grounds, the park is near Widemouth Bay Beach, one of the finest in Cornwall, with its vast expanse of sand, great swimming and superb surfing.

An indoor swimming pool, children’s club and a Clubhouse with dancing and evening entertainment are among the facilities for you to enjoy on the park.

An excellent base for exploring the many treasures of the Cornish coastline, close by is the tiny seaside resort of Widemouth Bay and Bude, a leading holiday centre with numerous tourist amenities, only 4 miles away.

A wealth of old market towns, picturesque villages, olde worlde inns, ancient churches, charming little coves, beautiful beaches, craft centres and wildlife parks await in the surrounding unspoilt countryside. Mystical Tintagel, the legendary home of King Arthur, is easily accessible. Newquay and Ilfracombe are both within an hour’s drive

Had a lovely stay at widemouth bay.. a very nice and clean caravan and the site as a whole. Fairly quiet time when we went so a nice chilled holiday. Evening entertainment was fine and what we expected really but nice to sit and have a beer or two and play a game of bingo and listen to the acts that were on afterwards. Staff were really nice, polite and helpful when needed. Overall we had a lovely time.

When booking our holiday we were persuaded to upgrade from a silver caravan to a gold and that if we did that we would be nearer to the amenities we were 5 caravans from the end of the park! We had no wi-fi for the whole time we were there and despite several visits to reception they were just not interested also as we had no wi-fi we were unable to access the app to book activities for the children so by the time we got to reception everything was full again reception were just not interested even though their wi-fi was the issue in fact they were just rude! The caravan was small if this was a gold I dread to think what a silver was like! We had a dog friendly caravan as we originally planned to bring our dog but changed our minds at the last minute It was clean to the eye but the carpets were filthy and covered in dog hair, there was rubbish around the caravan and dogs mess! The pool was ok but needs an upgrade and the changing rooms old, tired and needed a good clean. Not a holiday we wish to repeat!
