Had a lovely last minute family holiday at Widemouth Bay caravan park. Caravan was clean and well equipped, shower was great and the caravan was always nice and warm. The staff were either extremely friendly and helpful or quite blunt and miserable there was no middle ground. The facilities on site were all really good, few arcade games not in use but not the end of the world, and activities were very well organised and entertain good and varied. Prices on site were very good for a peak time caravan park, food, drinks and the local shop all on the cheaper side and the food on site was really nice, less than £45 for 4 really good adult burger and chips ! The only thing I can criticise about the park is the parking, they nowhere near accommodation enough parking for the caravans and often found ourselves parking a fair away from our caravan, not that walking was an issue but lots of little kids playing around it with balls and Frisbees thst we couldn't watch, and having to load and unload in the rain would have been a lot easier if closer. Overall a great family caravan park and ticked all the boxes. Excellent value for money and would return again.

Entertainment great for younger kids. Always some decent specials on the food menu, tikka 3 times last week 😬Site clean with small play area and grassed football goals and warm indoor pool. Although the pool area was looking a bit tired and the football pitch has a fence directly alongside and losing footballs over the fence was a given. Our caravan was one of the first next to the complex and new for 2025 so was great.Beach is quite a walk and as we decided to take the car, Bude is only 5 minutes along so was there for most of the beach time. BTW the barge in Bude does a fantastic warm fruity scone with cream and jam!Had a couple of minor issues with caravan which were dealt with immediately. Staff really helpful and entertainment team very active and kept the kids engaged really well.

Location is amazing so close to some very lovely views and beaches. The holiday park entertainment was great and never a dull moment for the kids and adults alike. My only gripes are there is not enough parking for the amount of caravans on site and our bedding smelt really awful of a strong wet dog smell. I had to leave the worst duvet outside and told the staff. The sheet was replaced but not the duvet so again I left it outside for the rest of the week as the smell was awful.
