Our 1st caravan was awful, smelt of smoke and was nothing like the images of the caravan we booked. Went to reception and they offered us an alternative that was covered in dog hair (we opted for non-pet on booking), the beds looked like they had been slept in and the floors were filthy. The staff were helpful but the site was apparently fully booked so there were no other options. We were very disappointed and upset and felt it ruined our holiday from the start.
