All ok, nice place, van, surroundings. Well stocked shop.. Helpful staff, although launderette was shut while I was there, could cause people problems.

Cleaning was not up to standard: there was a tissue left on the bedroom floor (presumably used - I did not investigate!) and the area outside the caravan contained rubbish including cigarette ends, a food container and a box of empty drinks cans.
