Tastefully influenced by the Isle of Wight’s dramatic and spectacular west coast, and proudly positioned just a short stroll from the sandy shores of Colwell Bay. A unique collection offering a slice of island life and the adventure promised by a sea breeze.

The fresh, nautical design of these semi-detached cottages complements a sleek, contemporary finish to form a luxurious island retreat. Each features a courtyard, with some boasting hot tubs and all enjoy access to a small, brilliantly light and airy indoor swimming pool, children’s soft play area, coffee lounge and the stunning beach only 300m away. Perfect for sun seeking couples or adventure loving families.

The best cottage I have ever stayed in! A wonderful relaxing break. Just what we needed from a very busy lifestyle. Hot tub was definitely an essential part of our stay. Highly recommend this place.

It's small and sweet, and very Isle of Wight, as proven by the exhausted pot-hole ridden lane leading to the entrance. The lanes between the chalets are too narrow for modern vehicles, as are the entrance gateways. The people staying next to us had taken up more than their parking place so we had to park in the top car park. It was a crazy tight turn, which would be impossible in Summer time. The chalet/villa/cottage was clean; but it's really obvious that these are updated very old chalets, with already aging double glazing and patio doors. The floor inside ours was very uneven, and went uphill in the tiny kitchen space to a ridiculous extent. Bedrooms are too small, there's so little room to get round the double bed that we kept knocking the pictures down. There's nowhere to put a suitcase and the wardrobe contains the cleaning stuff. We hadn't been provided with any toilet roll, but couldn't get more until the next morning. The lovely staff member says we should have called the 'emergency' number; but the website is clear that this should only be used for gas, electricity or water issues. The TV didn't work - there was no aerial cable, and a smart TV zapper was left with a not-smart TV. That was also sorted by the time we returned the next evening, so thumbs up for quick fixes!Staff were friendly and very helpful; and, for us, this little site was useful for visiting relatives. I would recommend that visitors who are holiday-makers choose the lodges at the Wootton Bridge site.

Lady on receptionist lovely, friendly and helpful. The complex is a very short walk to beach. Beach pub/restaurant closed in winter months. Therefore no pubs in walking distance.Car park too dark, needs additional lighting to prevent accidents from trip hazards. We stayed in Lodge 36, several steps up to lodge. The parking is in main carpark. The lodge looked a bit shabby in places. But it was December- therefore probably been accompanied non stop for months, so no maintenance could be done. The main bedroom bed was only 3 inches off the floor- if that, totally unsuitable for a person with chronic back problem & a husband with arthritis in knees. Luckily, we could put the single beds in second bedroom to make a double bed.The lounge sofa/sofa was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sit on and what t.v. in evenings. The steps into hot tub where wobbly. The dishwasher didn't work. The cutlery the wasn't even 4 knives. Lucky it was just the 2 of us.
