The location is great you can walk to Sherwood pines through the forest holidays site and access walking trails, cycling routes, a park, cafe and go ape. The staff are friendly enough but everything on site is card only which isn't ideal. Plus any on site activities are very expensive, cheaper alternatives found locally. The actual holiday itself is not great value for money very over priced for what you get. Can't even access the tv properly as a block is put on unless you pay extra. Only basic channels available.

Second Hoseasons’s holiday. Not so cheap when large lodge required. Felt reception area could have been used more often for evening events. Lighting in living area and kitchen very poor. Couple items broke. Door handle, freezer door. Shower handle very hard to turn up and down . Toilet cistern pump hard to push in. Staff amazing. Any issues they addressed them immediately. Location (Sherwood Forrest) amazing. Lots to do in and around.

This was my first time attending Sherwood Forest and it’s safe to say it will not be the last time. During our stay it was the perfect break, our cabin was spacious and the facilities were brilliant.
