Great holiday, clean premises clean accommodation and friendly staff. The negative was that the check in was intense as everyone couldnonly check in at 4 so then parking was horrendous had to keep driving around multiple times to get a space. The biggest negative was the indoor 'heated' pool... this was not warm enough considering they're charging for pool parties and aqua sports the water temperature was unacceptable. A lot of the food served during our stay was not hot if anything cold food. But otherwise good getaway with family.

Too many caravans crammed in. Too many people on site for the size of the facilities. The pool was freezing and then out of order most of the week I was there which was disappointing as I had purposely chosen a more expensive site with an indoor pool and then couldn’t use the pool.

Breakfast was terrible cold and staff didn’t check in throughout meal. Lunch was better but staff missed meals and was not helpful. Activities were very expensive but we had to book as the pool had broke. We had two caravans one was satisfactory but the other sofa bed broke and sofa had huge dip in it. Lightning around park in evening very dark torches needed not ideal for disabled and elderly. Security were amazing and deserve huge recognition for going above and beyond caring and helpful for a visitor in need who had a severe disability!
