No central heating or hot water on arrival, but they did manage to get it working after an hour or so. Pool not working for duration of holiday (7days). Was told 4 days into holdiay that if we used a local pool we could get a refund of cost - when it came to it on last day - they only offered vouchers to use in bar. What is the point in that as i am checking out.
