Had a lovely week . visiting all areas around. Caravan clean and comfortable . Museum was very interesting. If you have children always something to do in club house

Location especially the beach is out of this world it is stunning. Everybody loves the rock pools as you never know what might turn up. The holiday park disappointing and looking very tired. Caravans grubby no mattress protectors as they use flat sheets you end up sleeping on the mattress which is a yucky thing. Cobwebs everywhere. Doors not fitting properly. No door mat to wipe your feet and as we had rain it all was a bit soggy. Patio furniture dirty and was a mix match of different sets. My daughter and her family used the pool once but it felt slimey under foot. Changing room doors hanging off and poo on the floor was a puttť off from using again. Kids were all looking forward to seeing the whole starland crew but only got to see the blue one called narkie, for the whole week, which was a shame. Was told on booking would have 3 carmarthen caravans very close together and a brun slightly further away. This was not the case and one of the Carmarthen caravans was right out of the way in a dismal spot against a tall hedge and looking straight into the caravan in front making it very dark inside. When I complained at check in I was told that is what happens when you book through hoeseasons and not directly with pendine. The same waa said as we didn't receive any information about booking any activities as that was it didn't matter as the pool was disgusting. There was a problem with hot water in one of the caravans on the Sunday night and security was very helpful and managed to get somebody out to fix the issue.

A clean well furnished caravan in a convenient location close to the village and beach. There are plenty of amenities on site including a swimming pool, takeaways and a well stocked shop for those essential purchases.
