We had a great time at Par Sands. The accommodation and site were well maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. Location was beautiful.

We stayed for 1 week in October in very rainy weather. No matter, we were prepared! Par Sands is a lovely, well kept site and our caravan was spotless when we arrived. Just two negative things - the sofa in the caravan is very uncomfortable if you have to spend any time on it (rainy weather so we spent more time in than we usually would). Two of the seat cushions had inadequate support under them so sank into the frame - we couldn’t sit on them. The other was the absence of bedside lights and a light in the living room apart from the overhead lights. We did ask for some bedside lights and were told that they would be provided the next day - and weren’t! Husband had to read his book by torchlight or get out of bed to switch the lights off. Otherwise, the caravan and site were suitable for us and we will probably be back as our dog loved the easy access to the beach.
