The accommodation itself was very nice but the facilities are virtually non existent and run down unfortunately. The entertainment/bar area was so cold we had to wear coats and were still freezing. They had ITV on no music or atmosphere. Ordered some food when we eventually found something on the menu that was available and wished we hadn’t. Fish wasn’t cooked properly and chef was wandering around in the bar area most of the evening. It’s a shame as could be a really good site and Newquay itself was lovely.

4 adults and one infant in a caravan in my opinion only suitable for a 2 adult , 2 children 2 adults sleeping in the child’s room not great so we moved into the lounge area where the mattress was wafer thin on the pull out bed I ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor not a great experience? We were sited at the far end of the park which was not ideal with a baby , cooking equipment not great We found it a problem not having a phone signal too The internet wasn’t really a problem but would have been a help with the tv signal ? On the whole the caravan was spotless , the bedding very clean , Value for money ….yes but the little touches would have made it perfect
