Booked a gold caravan picture I booking showed up to date modern caravan with decking what we got wasn't anything like that .Old tatty style furniture all with some form of damage food crumbs all over settee which was full of stains and looked and smelt filthy.The mattress in main bedroom was the worst mattress I've ever slept on after first night me and my wife slept on singles in other bedrooms , there was lumps and springs popping up everywhere.Sunday night had a power cut and was plunged into pitch darkness rang emergency number on welcome pack 3 times but no answer.Fortunatley been in enough caravans to know fuse box normally in a wardrobe like I said we go on 3 or 4 caravan holidays a year this caravan was not a gold caravan was poorly cleaned .

Caravan very clean, site very nice. Really in the middle of nowhere to an extent but that was fine with us and what we wanted, but still a short walk to the beach. We went in October half term so weather wasn’t the best but that’s the time of year. Did somewhat amplify the only issue I could flag, would love it if every caravan had a concrete/pebble/anything other than grass parking bay. That time of year having dogs and needing to wipe mud off their paws plus your own muddy shoes would be a massive plus!!
