With a superb seaside location and fantastic attractions, Kessingland Beach is the perfect location for a fun getaway. Enjoy a day of building sandcastles and stunning views on the beach which is just a short stroll away, or a thrilling day out at Pleasurewood Hills.
Back on the park, the fun doesn’t stop as you’ll find lots of great facilities that the whole family can enjoy. Splash around in the heated indoor and outdoor pools, compete in a game of crazy golf, play a game on the multi-sports court, and let the kids run wild in the adventure playground.
All the fun both on and off the park is bound to work up an appetite, which is why there are delicious food and drink options available on the park. Head over to The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant to check out the marvellous menu, or if you prefer a night in then grab a takeaway from the Fish ‘n’ Chip Shop.

The site was well run and facilities were good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.Caravan was comfortable and well equipped. My only complaint would be the lounge seating area was very grubby and uncomfortable. Bit of a shame as it let down rest of caravan. Was nice to be able to recycle plastic, cardboard and tin cans. Shame there was no glass recycling

We have enjoyed staying at Kessingland caravan park for several years now and have found it a happy experience, however this time it was not up to its usual standard. When my 11 year old son went to bed the first night he found it was soaked in urine, we called the out of hours number to find no one could deal with this until the next day, and when the mattress and sheets were eventually replaced, it was as if we had caused the inconvenience. Also the WiFi was appalling, paying a fee for a terrible service when last year there were no problems.Lastly swimming, I tried many times to book swimming, I tried to book as soon as I got the email to say I could book activities but it was already fully booked. What’s the point of a booking system for half the spaces when people do not turn up. It should be on a first come first serve basis. We do intend to return to Kessingland as we like it here and this is first time we have had problems.
