Disgusted. Would never return. Upon arrival in the dark we were given our key by security who said the parking area was “muddy” it was what I can only describe as a mud slide which until you were on it you couldn’t see the extent of how bad it was. Next morning whilst trying to get our car up to the road it got damaged. Staff couldn’t have cared less. Admitted fault, took a couple of photos, said we should have been advised not to park there as it wasn’t safe but allocated in that accommodation anyway. Staff refused us compensation, didn’t offer to move us, told us lies, said they’d contact their legal dept but failed to give us the details then all emails to the park manager have been ignored. Left early due to no alternative parking, refund refused and now completely out of pocket as have to pay to repair our car. Shoddy place, awful customer service. Would never return and would never recommend. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
