Great base to explore Ayrshire, nothing too far away Stayed in Jura lodge. Very clean and modern with everything you could need for a few days break. Hottub was great and very relaxing after being out all day. Great shower and central heating as well so always nice and toasty.Got a courtesy pint of milk which we didn’t expect, but was welcome. There is a co-op supermarket a few minutes drive from holiday park that is open until 10pm most days so very handy for picking up provisions.Didn’t do any local walks as partner recovering from broken ankle but can imagine the coastal walk would be fab as there were great views across to Arran and kintyre in the distance All in all, a very enjoyable break and very good value for money. Highly recommended
