Beautiful place and facilities. A few doors were leaking in the rain and the hot tub wasn't in full working order. Downside is there is no WiFi. This isn't a big deal when you want some away time, however it did effect being able to watch TV.

The lodge hot tub and views were amazing should have WiFi the staff in the bar and restaurant were rude unwelcoming and we did not feel welcome it seems to me they are more welcoming and nice to people who just come for food not the ones staying at the park and we were unable to use the restaurant because the car park was always full with outsiders people pay alot of money to stay at the park so I think the staff need to learn some customer service also the lodge wasn't very clean cobwebs dust and dirt livingroom bedroom and toilete

We really enjoyed our stay at Celtic Escapes, the location was perfect, quiet and beautiful views but still within an easy distance to travel to local towns and shops etc. The staff we spoke to were all extremely helpful and very polite. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was I felt there could have been a little more attention to detail, especially considering the price charged, the lodge was overall clean but there were large cobwebs around the tops of the curtains and dried on stains on the kitchen worktops, which were removed when we cleaned the kitchen. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and needed the touch of some blankets or throws etc to improve the look, several light switches didn't work and the built in speaker system didn't work. Not wanting to be negative as I say our stay overall was brilliant but I think these are things that let it down a little. The hot tub was a perfect addition.
