Cleanliness of the accommodation was not as good as it should have been. Attention to detail is key - mouldy grout and discoloured, dirty carpets and general feeling of unclean. It wasn’t made clear on booking that this was tots week - it should’ve been highlighted. Staff in the Boat House were clearly unwell and were still serving food & drink - cough and spluttering with no sign of hand hygiene. The toilets in the entertainment centre were not serviced as they should’ve been. The ladies had an over whelming smell of drains every day.On the arrival day (in the dark) signage and lighting were insufficient. Staff didn’t offer detailed assistance and were too distracted about their own oversees holiday.

The caravan was very clean and kitted out beautifully. It had everything you could want for your holiday. The food in the Boathouse restaurant/bar was always good and there was plenty of choice. Very good outdoor and indoor play for children, I had my daughter and 2 granddaughters aged 1 and 2 with me and they were never bored. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to provide for all ages. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely come back. The bustling town of Scarborough is just 5 miles away if you need a change of scenery.
