Say hello to Louise, our Senior Email Campaign Manager who has been with us since 2002.

1. How long have you worked for Hoseasons?

I have been with Hoseasons for 22 years. I joined working on brochures and website content, then moved on to the Marketing Communications team. For the last four years, I have been with our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team as the UK Email Content Manager.

2. Tell us more about being a third generation Hoseasons employee?

My Grandma started at Hoseasons in 1970, going on many adventures with Mr Hoseason as UK Booking Office Manager. She worked here for 23 years. My Mum started working here in 1988 and was here for 21 years. So, I have been going on Hoseasons holidays all my life, in cottages, caravans and lodges.

3. Where is your favourite holiday destination in the UK?

This is a hard one... we do like to get away to the Peak District and Lake District where we can enjoy some vastly different scenery to East Anglia!

4. What is the one thing you won’t go on holiday without?

A full wardrobe! We get out and about whatever the weather on holiday.

5. What are you most proud of when you look back over the past 80 years of Hoseasons?

When I worked on the holiday brochures, we had some tough deadlines as we got closer to going to print. All teams would do whatever it took to get everything finished on time; it was a real team effort. And very satisfying to receive the finished article in your hand!

6. What has been the biggest challenge for Hoseasons in the past 80 years?

The COVID-19 pandemic in my generation. I was part of the team informing all our customers their holidays could not go ahead.

7. What do you think the UK travel industry will look like in another 80 years?

I hope we are still pushing the boundaries with more amazing accommodation for our guests to stay in and encouraging more people to holiday in the UK.

8. What does the future hold for Hoseasons?

As long as we keep our guests and owners happy, I hope we can go from strength to strength. Our Trustpilot score shows our customers trust us with their precious holiday time.
