Great van, very spacious, had our dog in it has pet friendly caravan and was very clean

We stayed in caravan 804, a 'Ludham'. Totally mis-sold to us as an upgrade. Grubby and very, very basic and the bedrooms very cramped - an adult couldn't walk around the bed. Twin rooms, one of the beds dips in the middle and is broken. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they're not even a close representation of what you actually get. Not one single hook for coats or towels. One old airer that had to be hung from a window, so you have to leave those open when you go out, or hang it from the flimsy doors or worse, a curtain rail.Beds made up but sheets straight onto dirty, stained mattresses. Bbq was full of cigarette ends and roll ups. Outside furniture very dirty and not fit for purpose. Glad we took our own camping chairs.Facilities - Swimming has to be booked and you get 45 mins. Though walk in's can be accommodated but it's a risk. Aqua Jets and Pool Party were good value for money though, kids loved it and had the pool party to themselves! Pool staff outstanding in making these experiences good for the kids.Outdoor pool never seemed open though we tried to use it a few times. We were told demand wasn't high enough but how could monitor that when nobody was ever there?Arcade - problematically contactless. Money is loaded on a card you have to tap to play and keep tapping to bank your points. If you forget you lose those points. Just found it difficult to get the kids to monitor.Food - very good, not too expensive in the Boathouse restaurant. We ate there most nights.Launderette - £4.50 for a wash, £2.50 for the dryer. Only 2 machines so expect to wait. Wouldn't have bothered but we were going away on another holiday straight after this one. General park - you have to walk on the road to get anywhere, there are no paths. Maybe this is standard but we spent most of the time diving off the road onto the grass verges avoiding go-karts and traffic.Great location but this is the last time we do a caravan holiday. They just don't represent good value for money anymore.
