In the kitchen is an American-style fridge-freezer plus other appliances, a large utility room, and a dining table that easily accommodates a large party if friends are staying elsewhere on-site.


The lounge area has a large corner sofa with seating for 10 and there is also a contemporary corner wood burner that can be seen from the dining and lounge areas.

The 17th-century Whalesborough Cottage, formerly a livestock barn attached to the main farmhouse, has been lovingly renovated to create a standout four-bedroom cottage with contemporary interiors.

Whalesborough Farmhouse is a characterful Grade-II-listed, 14th-century farmhouse that has been lovingly renovated to create standout four-bedroom accommodation with contemporary interiors.


It has all the features you would expect of a historic building, including original flagstone flooring, exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace, with modern additions such as a full-size snooker table, bar and cinema snug.

A gorgeous boot room leads into an open-plan kitchen, dining area and conservatory, and on to a generous enclosed garden area with grass and patio areas, hot tub, garden furniture, BBQ and hillside views.

Calf House is a magnificent 5-star gold award-winning barn conversion sleeping eight people. Originally converted in the 1980s from a former calf-rearing shed, it has recently undergone a contemporary makeover but is still full of character.


The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, and opens onto the dining area with table and chairs seating nine.

The lounge has a large corner sofa along with a designer reclining chair. The wood burner is a real feature in this property with the flue going full height to the ceiling. The lounge area benefits from underfloor heating, widescreen TV and super-fast Wi-Fi.


Downstairs there is a separate wing, great for children or the older generation. It has two bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room and separate toilet.
