Hints and tips

• Try and race your friends or family from one side of the pool to the other
• Alternatively, the ‘hamster ball’ challenge is another great way to compete with your family and friends. Whilst in motion, see who can stay on their feet the longest. Keep a steady pace and you might win the challenge!
