Robert Colchester | Other Poorly laid out holiday park, caravan poorly maintained with smell of stagnant water coming from the on suite toilet bottom oven not burning evenly and randomly throwing out flames when we tried to cook a chicken in it, don't think it had ever been serviced/cleaned recently.There was no broom or brush in the unit to keep the floor area clean was promised one at reception twice never came.Outside rubbish areas never emptied and rat infested.Came home early, worst holiday break ever

| Other Staff were lovley and very helpful, park was clean tidy and well organised, as was our caravan. I think the sound system at the club house needs looking at as it quite distorted, some instructions for how to use the cooker / microwave and TV work would have been helpful, but with patience and detective work all was well. The local beach was small but cute and the park location is a good start to explore the area surrounding.
