| Other We stayed in the stargazer caravan it was truly luxurious. We had a lovely time and the weather was perfect.

Busisiwe Leamington Spa | Other The onsite shop was closed for the whole week stayed. The staff provided entertainment leaflet but three times there was no session held to the dissapointment of the children. Rotten wooden table outside broke when a bowl was placed on it and the furniture outside was stained and unclean. Furthermore customer service staff was atrocious and staff were rude & I accommodating. No one maned the arcade so after playing many games & winning tickets our children couldn’t exchange them for prices. The arcade was also not opened at the appointed times & the swimming pool was closed the whole week despite it beinh advertised as open.
