Just 15 minutes’ walk from the famous fossil beach and village of Charmouth, this family run park on the beautiful Jurassic coast, offers you the ideal base for your Dorset holiday. Lyme Regis is 3 miles to the West and Bridport/West Bay are 6 miles to the East.

For fossil hunters the coastline is a paradise, and Weymouth, Poole, Exeter and Bournemouth are all within easy reach. The surrounding area has a host of tourist attractions including shops, harbour side café’s and restaurants, while the park offers all the facilities you need to make the most of your holiday, whatever the weather. Weymouth and Portland Harbour are just 22 miles away.

| Other We had a lovely few days at Newlands, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, the lodges were lovely, roomy and comfortable. Entertainment at the park in the evenings was great fun and we really enjoyed bingo night! We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and the food was excellent! Location is brilliant, On the doorstep of so many lovely places to visit! In walking distance to Charmouth. We would definitely return. We went in October, would love to go back in the summer to make more use of the outdoor balconies…

Steve Dudley | Other Was a very last minute replacement for a cancelled holiday but was very happy with the outcome. The restaurant is very welcoming with lots of seating and space between tables. Food was tasty and very reasonably priced. The entertainment is very good with nothing tacky. We really enjoyed the Halloween quiz night.The accommodation was small for a family of three and the heating controls are frustrating to maintain a warm temperature.
