Emmanuel Essex | Other Overall could have been much better, accommodation was definitely not great, we arrived in the accommodation and found lots of insects and mosquitoes. Bathroom wasn’t clean and very bad smell. We ran out of gas in the middle of a shower and had to wait for 20 minutes for it to be replaced. Swimming pool staff were very lovely and very helpful. Not a lot of free activities for the kids compared to similar holiday parks. Stay away from SLIM CHICKEN, the food is a disgrace and very expensive, you will be better off driving 5 mins away from the park to KFC.

| Other We arrived to the beds not made, no bedding left and two duvets and a bin missing. We received the correct bedding, but not a bin. The heating was broken for the first 2 nights. The smells from the drains was horrendous. The cushions on the sofa were all stained. The carpet in the main bedroom had black stuff stuck all over it. There was also two types of caravans it could be advertised when i booked, I pick that style as they would suit my family's needs. The one we got was not the same as those advertised.The view from our caravan was sad, with all the empty, half grown over caravan spaces and very aged caravans from the 90's if not older. One of the activities we didn't manage to attend due to the app not working so had no idea where to go. When we finally found the information booth to get the directions, it was too late into the session. Having stayed at other haven sites, this one really didn't meet the expected level from a haven site.
