Sharon Aberdare | Other Had a lovely holiday in a stunning location. The caravan exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, quality and comfort. It had everything you needed incl. good wifi, smart tv, coffee machine and more. Never had a hot tub before and it did not disappoint. Although it was December and in spite of the atrocious weather, we discovered that once you got into the hot tub, it did not matter! The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the tub when it stopped working 8pm one night. I went down to the bar and the bar manager was really helpful. He went above and beyond to get it working again as there were no maintenance staff on site at that time. I wish I knew his name. Would definitely book again and would definitely recommend.

David Birmingham | Other Although the site is well maintained and clean, the facilities leave something to be desired. The staff could have been more helpful and informative. An experience l can give is, l went to use the pool but was told l could not because l would have been the only person in the pool, if that is a policy and another person needed to be in in the area while l used the pool could not a member of staff been available to supervise until a third party arrived. What was frustrating there were 2 members of staff on reception chatting to each other, and there was no other people in reception, it's a very quiet time of the year l am sure one of them could have been available to be in the swimming pool area, while l swam.
