Are hairdryers provided in the accommodation?

Yes, every lodge has one hairdryer

Is there a shop on the park?

Yes, a small corner shop based in the hotel reception which stocks essential items.

Are dogs allowed in the facilities? (Bar, restaurant, reception etc.)

Dogs are allowed in the hotel reception, Spike Bar & balcony of the restaurant, but unfortunately not inside the Ridgeway Restaurant.

Do I need to tell the park I am bringing my pet?

Yes, if you do intend to bring a pet, you will need to select a pet using the pet filter on booking as the resort must be made aware of this in advance.

Can I bring a cot bed with me?

You are of course welcome to bring a cot bed along with you, however, please note that we are NOT allowed to provide any mattresses or bedding in cots under any circumstances, and that some accommodation types do not have the space inside the bedrooms to fit a cot bed.

Can I park next to the accommodation?

Yes, all lodges have one parking space next to the lodge. If you have more than one car, this can be parked in the visitor parking section or on the main site car park.

Can I arrange a shopping delivery to the park?

Guests are more than welcome to arrange a food delivery to be sent to the site. Delivery slots must be chosen after 4pm on the day of arrival and if possible, booked in the same name as the lodge booking so the delivery driver can be sent to the correct lodge.

Do you provide cots and highchairs in the accommodation?

You can hire a cot or highchair by adding this to your booking priced at £15 each. We also provide bed guards for young children charges apply, this can be arranged with the reception team.

Jackie Northamptonshire | Other Another fabulous trip away to springs resort. Stayed in Hawthorn lodge, 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and diner - gorgeous lodge and surroundings very private, spacious and has everything you need. Had a late arrival, security lady was available for us to check in with no problems. Peaceful and quiet at night, will not hesitate to book again in the future

| Other The lodge was more basic than we had experienced at other resorts. More attention required to detail of cleaning.Also the frying pan was so out of shape it didn’t sit on hob.All staff we we encountered were extremely were friendly, professional and very helpful.Food at Ridgeway bar was very good.

Elizabeth Kent | Other Arrived Friday, hot day and lodge was too hot. Consideration to vent by opening windows and drawing curtains would have been good, very unpleasant for dog. Reception had ran out of fans and there was no air conditioning. Luckily cooled down next few days, but feel more could have been done by staff to keep place fresh and airy. Generally lodge is lovely and good location, lovely dog walk available straight from lodge.
