| Other A fantastic getaway. Very clean and beautiful setting. Had a little park on site for anyone taking their kids. Very comfortable and warm. Excellent facilities, with a great power shower. I wanted to take the bed home with me. Would highly recommend.

| Other Brand new lodge. Comfortable beds and lots of storage areas. Showers fabulous and lots of living space. As with many holiday lodges, the sofas were uncomfortable which was a shame, given the quality of the rest of the lodge. A couple of items missing from essential kitchen equipment, most notably a colander for draining veg/rice/pasta but this was merely a minor irritation. Used the brand new washing machine but had to hold onto it during fast spin as it felt like it was jumping out of its cupboard. Mentioned this to reception at departure. Lovely sturdy outdoor table on the balcony spoiled by the flimsy deck chairs which were uncomfortable to sit on and also didn’t reach the table for eating etc..That said, we enjoyed our break and would consider returning at some point to Springwood.
