    New for 2024, Seaton Estate Holiday Village is located just north of the popular town of Arbroath with its beautiful fishing harbour surrounded by restaurants and bars and its long sandy beaches, its most popular and famous product is the Arbroath Smokie which is a local delicacy. For those wanting to explore further afield the city if Dundee is only 15 miles away.
    Seaton Estate Holiday Village is located on the coast and offers guests a wide variety of facilities with two unique bars where you can relax and enjoy a drink with the family and friends or perhaps treat yourselves to a meal out at the on site restaurant, which serves a superb diverse menu and a dining experience to remember. There is also live music and shows on throughout the peak seasons for the family to enjoy.
    There is a play park for the smaller members of the group along with a mini-golf course, surrounded with beautiful beaches and stunning small villages to explore. This really is the perfect location for exploring the area and having a memorable family holiday.

      | Other We had a great time on our holiday. I have a 1.5 year old and it was great for him. Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. I was a bit shocked there was no entertainment for kids as it stated during peak season. I had assumed peak season would include July. However we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant on Thursday night and it was excellent. Staff all lovely and very helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

      Alison Aberdeenshire | Other Perfect location, quiet but not far from the bustling town by car. Cleanest park we have been to, plenty green space for kids.Entertainment is offered although we didn’t find time to attend! Everyone we met were relaxed and having fun.Lovely caravan, no negatives at all of our holiday here. Will definitely be back.

      Lorna Newtownabbey | Other Stayed in caravan 5 Seaview avenue. Brilla t spot for the pub as the patio looks right over it. Ample parking. Site is huge nice an quiet but not desolate. People on site very chatty and friendly seems to be more older people. There was some young families. The site only has 1 small park with is just a swing and slide set on occasions will bring out a small bouncy castle. The site could do with a shop . There is a shop about 2.5 miles away. Bar is quite small for the site sizeand was used well. Only seemed to open from 4pm till 10pm during week and restaurant only do food from Thursday, it wasn't quite the high season when we went so maybe this changes. Food was cheap and nice, nothing fancy which is what we wanted just simple food. They could do with more staff as staff we run of their feet. Site is only about 2.5 from arbroath. Site is kept really tidy and clean. The caravan we stayed at was a good size however lacked a few things like a long handled brush and shovel only had a small handheld one made sweeping up awkward if you have a bad back., no vacuum or iron or iron board also no slotted spoon or large plastic spoons for stirs things in pots. Bed was very soft , mattress topper was too big, was still able to sleep though. Not good if u need more support for back. Had a shower room and an ensuite.. caravan qas not cleaned very well. Fridge was a bit dirty and there was a n biscuit wrapper on the floor beside the bed and some stains on curtains also patio was covered in glitter.
