| Other Right next to a very busy railway line. Therefore, very noisy all day and even during the night. If I knew it was going to be that loud, then I would not have booked this location.

Lucy Essex | Other Came for a weekend away to celebrate friends birthday. Had a lodge with a hot tub and the it was lovely! The lodge was such a great size and was really nice to be in! Surrounding area was nice, couple of pubs short walk and a little Morrisons. On site there was a cafe but we only went for a drink. It was a little gem of a place - downside for future return nothing on site for children I would have loved to return with my family but children would be bored on site! Will just save it for another girls weekend!

Jacqueline Barnstaple | Other Stayed for a week in a 3 bed lodge with hot tub. The first lodge the hot tub wasn't working so we got moved next door. Lodge was excellent with everything we needed except a good WiFi signal, this was very poor. Hot tub was brilliant. Facilities were ok, the Marina cafe was good. I preferred the Italian restaurant to the Indian and the train station location was excellent and why we keep coming back. Staff ok but said they would forward a parcel that didn't arrive and although we got notification of delivery to Roydon we have not received the parcel. Overall a great holiday and location
