Claire Redditch | Other The resort, staff, accommodation and on site facilities are fabulous however we was disappointed on the 1st night of our stay as we booked a 3 night hut tub break. Positives are: we arrived and was greeted by a lovely team member who said our lodge was ready so we could check in almost 1 hour early, the lodge was absolutely stunning. Negatives: on entering the back double ensuite room I noticed a very pungent smell, after using the ensuite toilet it became apparent it was blocked, my husband soon sorted this issues though and the smell began to subside, secondly the main issue that spoilt our break was the fact that the hot tub was freezing cold on arrival and did not reach a usable temperature until late evening on the 2nd night of our stay, it's a bit disappointing when you book to be able to use a hot tub and it's not ready for your arrival.
