    | Other Overall we had a good trip, facilities and location are really good but a few things let it down. We initially reported a constant dripping shower in the en suite, this was never fixed. We woke the first morning to a freezing lodge as the boiler had turned off due to low pressure in the night. Called the out of hours multiple times and left a message, no one got back to us so we had to fill the pressure ourselves, luckily we know how but don't feel this is a job guests should be doing. Tried to shower in the en suite however the drain is blocked and starting overflowing onto the bathroom floor. Also the wardrobe in the main bedroom doors kept falling off the runners. Lots of staff looked like they couldn't be bothered to be there and had very little customer service however the grounds people were friendly and Breann in the restaurant was great. When checking out was asked if everything was OK, I did say that not everything was right in the cabin and was told by the unhelpful member of staff that maintenance and cleaners go in so will fix whatever it is, without asking what the actual issues were.

    | Other I have been to Piperdam many times this time I was disappointed in the standard of cleaning we had broken corner on bathroom mirror which had a piece of plaster stuck on it and cobweb hanging from ceiling in en-suite carpets were in need of good clean not the usual standard I have had in the past quite run down
