        Get the full spa experience from the comfort of your own lodge! The Rainbow Spa Plus boasts its very own indoor sauna and outdoor hot tub to help you relax to the fullest during your Scottish escape – and to wind down after long days spent exploring the countryside, castles, cities and other visitor attractions of the local area. There’s also a spacious living area with flatscreen TV, dining table, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer. Accommodating up to four people, there are two comfortable bedrooms ready to welcome you for a restful night’s sleep: a double and a twin, both of which have an en suite shower room. Sorry, no pets.

        Sara Inverurie | Other Fittings a little dated but suited the wood effect., new kitchen and neutral walls. Carpet perhaps not the best so recommend slippers of some sort. Hot tub and sauna were excellent.

        | Other Overall a good lodge. Just needs some TLC. Spa pool needed attention. Kitchen cutlery and facilities too minimal for number of people who could stay in lodge. 4 glasses in total. Same with cutlery. Crisps down side of cushions on the sofa. Not very good cleaning.

      Bathed in light from the large windows, the spacious open-plan kitchen (with kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer and breakfast bar) and dining area boasts quality design and finish, with doors leading out to your very own deck and luxurious outdoor hot tub. Climb the five small steps and you’ll find two superbly designed king-size bedrooms, featuring sumptuous pocket-sprung mattresses, 32" flatscreen TVs and en suites with rainfall showers.

      Then, ascending to the upper floor, there’s a light and roomy living area with chunky sofas, large flatscreen TV, full-width panoramic windows and a balcony offering more unrivalled loch views. Situated off the lounge are two spacious twin bedrooms with luxury, pocket-sprung mattresses and en suite bathrooms (with shower over bath).
      The Lochside lodge also benefits from free Wi-Fi.
