Andrewshayes Orchard Retreat is part of our exclusive Bouja Luxury Boutique Breaks Collection. Set in beautiful countryside, the Andrewshayes Orchard Retreat is a development of exclusive holiday homes over looking the rolling hills of East Devon. Relax on the park in a hot tub or take a stroll in our woodland walk. Enjoy the excellent facilities on the park including the indoor swimming pool, café, bar and children’s play areas.

During your stay you can explore the beautiful world famous Jurassic Coast or just a short drive to Lyme Regis and Charmouth where you can hunt for pre-historic treasure. Enjoy fishing trips, walk the South West Coast Park or relax with a Devon cream tea. The historic cathedral city of Exeter is nearby with its lively atmosphere, independent shops, cafés and museums.

The onsite bar - 21st of March to the 1st of November 2025. Open every Friday and Saturday from 5pm until 11pm, with our kitchen serving up freshly cooked family favourites from 5:30pm. Please note, the last orders for food will be taken at 8:45pm. Extended opening hours for Summer Holidays and Autumn Half Term.
The Bar is open Fri and Sat only during school term time. It is open daily for the Easter, May Half Term, Summer and October Half Term school holidays

Kelly Winchester | Other Fantastic half term week. The caravan was clean and tidy. Friendly staff onsite. Used the bar and pool (only ones in there Sunday morning). Would definitely book again.

Lucy Hereford | Other Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. Hot tub was checked twice daily . I’ve stayed in many places and only had one check per day . We stayed in VIP pet friendly . Overall nice but very small in the twin rooms . Cobwebs in all rooms and dirty radiator next to the toilet . Looked like urine splashes. The on site shop wasn’t stocked and couldn’t even get milk or a loaf . But went to Tesco for supply .The restaurant was only open 5-7pm so it was very busy . Lovely location but for us. Wouldn’t return .

Martyn | Other A warm welcome, however had to wait for someone to "check" the caravan. When arrived found a serving spoon with mash potato on it... Not sure what checks they did.Also to be told we are aware of the doors not shutting... I'd imagine someone checked out before 9:30am, so between 9:30am and 15:30.. they did what with the doors exactly??? There was a handle missing off one of the windows in the master bedroom... The amount of flies entryung the caravan not sure where/what they were coming from started to get a little annoying...The hot tub was fabulous size for the 4 of us, one of the better ones we've had.The caravan was lovely and warm... The water pressure to the caravan was a little extreme that when you turned a tap on you get the potential to be covered in water.
