    Thrifty Mom Worcester | Other This was a third option holiday for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). We had not intended to stay on-site so were not particular about on-site facilities (no shop/ restaurant, small gym, recreation room with pool and table tennis, ON A GOLF COURSE!). Really nice location for peace and quiet and rural strolls).We had a hot tub and it was well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly on arrival and departure. The accommodation was basic and had everything you would need for a week away - towels and sheets provided.

    Catherine Nottingham | Other We booked this only two days before!We were looking for somewhere in Cornwall, and this was our only option!We were not disappointed though, and would highly recommend, and definitely book to go ourselves again.We stayed in a deluxe plus lodge 3 with a hot tub. (buzzard Close BC62)OMG- it was amazing! Really homely, well equipped, loads of storage! The best thing for me was it had an oven I could actually use! Often whenever used properties in the past (and I have stayed in quite a lot!) They’re always electric ovens with a lot of gas work, this had a range cooker, which part was gas and part was electric, and it worked perfectly.We arrive late, due to the horrendous traffic, but was checked in by Brian he was really helpful and informative.The park itself has a nine hole goal course which is complementary to use, there are tennis courts, which are a little tired but were made yourself by my children. There is a games room, which I personally didn’t use, but it’s such a gorgeous building to me. It felt like it would’ve made a really nice café or bistro maybe..The grounds are really well maintained, and our hot tub was attended to daily to ensure it was in for working order, which it was we never had a problem!The lodge was very warm! (In fact the heating was left on in a heat wave which we found a bit bizarre, but they were easy to turn off and windows opened wide helped!)This large has a double bedroom with an ensuite, two twin rooms in a master bathroomThe location is perfect, only 20 minute drive from Looe, and 40 minute drive from Padstow.There is a Morrisons only five minute drive awayWe know somebody that lives in the area, and they recommended Iam’s Plaice - chip shop, which is in Liskeard on a house of estate, would never possibly found this, but it was really good value and only a five / ten minute drive from the accommodationAbsolutely fantastic stay- highly recommend
