        | Other Second visit to the park. Following previous visit I contacted the park to ask how to book to stay in the same lodge again. I was advised which lodge to book and rebooked to stay a second time. When I arrived at the park I was advised I will be in a different lodge. I shared that I had contacted the park to request how to book the same lodge as last time. I was advised that following the booking I should have put a request in to the park. I shared the email thread which did not contain these instructions when I had contacted about making my second booking. I was made to feel it was my error for not following a procedure that I was not made aware of.

        | Other Cleaners had been in and the majority of the lodge was clean. However the wooden floors had been hoovered but not mopped and were filthy to the point where I’ve had to throw socks away as we could not get the dirt out. We had to mop through using the mop provided but this is not what I expect from a luxury lodge on a relaxing weekend away.
