  • Do I need to tell the park I am bringing my pet?

    Yes, If you do intend to bring a pet, you will need to select a pet using the pet filter on booking as the resort must be made aware of this in advance.

    Do you provide cots and highchairs in the accommodation?

    You can hire a cot or highchair by adding this to your booking priced at £15 each. We also provide bed guards for young children charges apply, this can be arranged with the reception team.

    Can we use a BBQ on park?

    Unfortunately BBQs are not permitted.

    Can I arrange a shopping delivery to the park?

    Guests are more than welcome to arrange a food delivery to be sent to the site. Delivery slots must be chosen after 4pm on the day of arrival and if possible, booked in the same name as the lodge booking so the delivery driver can be sent to the correct lodge.

    Is there a freezer in the accommodation?

    Yes, every lodge has a freezer.

    Can I park next to the accommodation?

    Yes, all lodges have parking for 1 or 2 cars. If you have more cars they can be parked in the reception car park.

    Is there a shop on park?

    A small selection of items are available to purchase at reception

    Are dogs allowed in the facilities? (Bar, restaurant, reception etc.)

    Dogs are allowed on the outdoor terrace area and the bar area.

    Can I bring a cot bed with me?

    You are of course welcome to bring a cot bed along with you, however, please note that we are NOT allowed to provide any mattresses or bedding in cots under any circumstances and that some accommodation types do not have the space inside the bedrooms to fit a cot bed.

    Kathryn Wakefield | Other Been here several times now and really feel like these lodges need a refurb. Although spotlessly clean it feels a bit shabby now. The fridge in the kitchen had only one shelf!! Not ideal when they’re are eight people staying and lots of food to store. The furniture in the living area was adequate but all rather old and shabby. The beds could do to be king size. Not used to squashing in double beds so didn’t sleep well. I wouldn’t class these as ‘luxury’ lodges any more. Hot tub was fab though and surroundings are beautiful

    Catherine Leeds | Other Love KP! I came here to stay post surgery and it was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The lodges are beautiful and comfortable.. I wasn’t able to play golf this time but will certainly book to come back again!
