Perfect for larger groups and families, the Fotheringhay offers the height of luxury for up to 8 guests. A thoughtfully designed woodland sanctuary featuring vaulted ceilings with LED lighting, built-in Bluetooth speakers, and Smart TVs in all bedrooms, this lodge does not compromise on either space or luxurious features.
The open-plan living space is the perfect hub for your party to come together for meals, games, or an evening curled up in front of your favourite films. The dining space merges into a fully-equipped kitchen (including kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine), which also boasts extra special touches such as a wine cooler, Tassimo coffee machine, and Nutribullet blender. Large sliding patio doors bathe the space in natural light, and lead out onto a generous furnished decking area, complete with private hot tub.
After a busy day of exploring, choose from four luxuriously appointed en suite bedrooms in which to recharge your batteries. Offering the ultimate in flexibility for your party, all can be configured as either king-size doubles or twins, feature built-in storage space, and a shower room with overhead rainfall attachment. Eileen Bedford | Other We had a lovely stay at the weekend. Checkin was so much easier being contactless. We enjoyed the bistro being open even though service was shocking, the food was really nice when it arrived and we were compensated with a bottle of wine for having to wait over an hour for pizza and a panini. The lodge itself was great but we feel they need to invest in some better quality frying pans as the ones there are terrible and were a nightmare to try and wash as one of them wasn’t non stick and even cooking an egg was impossible to clean so we apologise for not being able to fully clean the frying pans before leaving!! The beds are really comfy and the hot tub was fab. We look forward to booking again but will probably need to bring our own frying pans next time unless better ones are supplied.
