Chantelle | Other The holiday was okay. The first night the boiler didn’t work. Admittedly the staff came within 20 minutes to sort. It was okay for a day then had no hot water again. I’m not one to keep complaining. The tap was broken in the bathroom so you had to push it down for it to work. The side door wouldn’t unlockNetflix didn’t work and the wifi was poor. We had a late check out but left early.

| Other Lovely area and accomodation. Had two slight issues, the oven didn't really work or heat up properly which I reported to staff, and I noticed underneath the sofa was very dirty. But that aside, the place was spotless and the staff were very forthcoming with my feedback. Would highly recommend and will be returning. The lodge was very cosy with plenty of tea, coffee and a bottle of ale!! Very quiet on site which we liked. Perfect getaway for us. Thank you
