    Vicky | Other I emaild to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation and service we have received so far during our current holiday at Devon Hill Holiday Park / Orchard Park in Paignton. We were staying from 29th July to 4th August in a Comfort Plus Caravan Hot Tub 4.Upon our arrival, we encountered several issues that have severely affected our holiday experience:Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues: Mold on the door frames and windows. Black mold on the back of the curtains.Kitchen utensils were not in good condition. The four-slice toaster had one side that was not working.The main bedroom door handle was broken and the wall trim was coming away from the wall.The bathroom door handle was also slightly broken.Although someone did come around to attempt to clean the mold on the door frame, the problem was not fully resolved.Hot Tub Condition:When we opened the hot tub for our children to use, we found it filled with bugs floating in the water.One corner of the hot tub had a swarm or nest of ants and flying ants crawling all over.We reported the issue with the hot tub and were told someone would come to check it. However, it took three days for anyone to address the problem, and even after they came, the bugs continued to appear daily in the water, suggesting that they may be in the filter system.These issues have made it impossible for us to enjoy our holiday as planned. We are deeply upset as we have paid a substantial amount of money to provide our children with a pleasant family trip, but the poor condition of the caravan and the unresolved problems are preventing us from relaxing and enjoying our time.We have photos documenting all of the problems mentioned above and can provide them upon request.Given the numerous issues and the lack of timely response to our complaints during our stay, we request a partial refund for our holiday.
