    Natalee Mumbles | Other Lovely stay in hot tub lodge, hot tub was amazing. lodge needed a bit of updating, the nets were ripped to shreds and the nets in the bedroom were full of mould. There were areas that needed a good clean but that didn't stop us enjoying ourselves.

    | Other The caravan we had was very tired and tatty; sofas were falling apart, the paint on the radiators had come off, the springs on one side of the double bed had completely given up, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the bathroom handle was loose and about to fall off, there were holes in the net curtains and the hot tub had zero privacy. Our accommodation at Chudleigh where we first experienced a hot tub caravan was so fab, the hot tub was set to the back of the caravan and we had greenery surrounding the sides, complete privacy, the hot tub at Orchard Park was right at the front of the property facing the main drive way and all the other caravans, absolutely not what I was expecting. As a result we spent less time at the site and felt we had to be out more as we couldn't enjoy the hot tub during our stay. We contacted the desk at the park who said they would contact head office, who in turn would get in touch with me. As yet that has not happened. We could see no alternative on the site that would have accommodated our needs so decided to stay in the caravan we were assigned. I'm so sad that it was below par. Like I said Chudleigh was such a great experience and we've stayed at Havens in Devon and Wales and they were also fab.
