Darren Manchester | Other A 5 ☆ dog friendly half term break. We've just returned from a four night stay at Coole Acres in their Lake View hut 1 (Willow). The hut was clean, warm and comfortable for my husband, our husky and I and we will definitely be returning. The hut sits on a small fishing lake and had access to a private hot tub overlooking the lake which suited us both very well. We enjoyed popping into the Stagger Inn pub on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday when it was open for a pint. This was also dog friendly and had a pool table. We were able to walk into Audlem down the canal which had a number of dog friendly pubs and two little restaurants and in the other direction we found we could walk to the secret war bunker which was a dog friendly experience too! The staff at Coole Acres were incredibly helpful and polite and it was an extremely relaxing break. We can't wait to come back! 😊Some things I had wanted to know before we went:There was a kettle, toaster, microwave and hobA good sized fridge available and they had mini milk pots in itThere were plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, pots and pans as well as fairy liquid, a cloth and a spongeThe shower was a good size, powerful and hotThe hut was extremely warm and had a radiator which we turned off most of the timeBedding was provided as well as two large towels, two small towels, two bath robes and one tea towelThe pub was only open at the weekend at certain times and it wasn't serving food but there was a flyer for a food truck that delivered to you which did breakfast/lunch itemsYou could use uber eats to get a co op delivery if needed and we ordered twice from Pizza Parlour Nantwich on their website. They did delicious pizza and kebabs!

| Other Lovely place with local places such as Audlem and Nantwich. Canal walks great and food fab in Shroppe Inn. Shame Stagger Inn public house closed whilst we were there plus would recommend some type of awning/cover for customers to sit under if they in a lodge as could not use the hot tub or sit out due to weather.
